Community Based Monitoring (NRHM): With a goal to improve the health status of community in the area, CARDS received an opportunity for Kawardha district of the state and covered 75 villages, ensuring the participation of community in availing the health services provided by the NRHM programme, efforts of CARDS resulted in a wider prospect, not only the population became aware of health benefits, but also it strengthened the implementation process of the NRHM programme in the area, fulfilling its objectives.
