STRUCTURE OF CARDS : CARDS have three-tier structure that includes General Body (GB), Executive committee and Secretariat. GB is the supreme body comprising all members. Executive Committee of 7-11 members and its office bearers (President and Treasurer) are elected annually by the GB members. The Secretary is appointed by the Executive Committee and is its ex-officio member. The Secretariat implements the policies as resolved by the GB under the leadership of the Secretary.
