NGO support programme is a unique concept to develop a NGO leadership by providing overall training support, i.e. Documentation, Audit, Monitoring and Evaluation, need assessment and Organizational Strategy Development. It’s a ten days residential training programme which covers all aspect of Organizational development in participatory and innovative manner. The programme also focuses on tools and techniques of need assessment and impact evaluation like PRA/RRA, Base line survey, Sampling, Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methodology.
