Community Advancement and Rural Development Society (CARDS) is a non-for profit organization registered with the Registrar of Societies under Madhya Pradesh Society Registration Act 1973.

CARDS is also registered under FCRA Act. of 1976 of Ministry of Home affairs GOI. and 12.AA (1)(b) of I.T Act, 1961 & 80G of I.T Act of 1961 under Ministry of Finance Deppt. of Revenue
