CARDS as organization was formally inducted on 5th of June 1996, on environmental day, from then CARDS in committed for the overall development of these marginalized sections of the society by using the innovative and alternate livelihood pattern based on local recourses and traditional knowledge. We are also committed for increasing the community participation in overall development processes by increasing our awareness level along with the communities by various means of advocacy, campaign and training support so that we can collaboratively exercise our constitutional rights for better and healthier human life.
